If you hate shoes but need to "dress-up" a bit. Or, if you need a hard sole for work; you need these shoes. They are WAY easy to slip in and out of and WAY comfortable. They are also WAY too expensive but I haven't found an alternative yet.

ordered a half size down as with most superstars and it fits fine. you can't remove the character from the shell toe, its fused on there. my only complaint is that the rubber feels strange, like its falling apart. after taking the shoes out of the box, my shirt was covered with white eraser shaving like pieces. after rubbing the midsole, my fingers got sticky and more of that stuff came off. i ended up scrubbing with reshoevn8er and the eraser shaving problem is gone, but it still has a little tack when touching it. the rest of the shoe is fine.

I purchased these for a recent vacation to The Mid Gulf Coast of Texas. They were so comfortable, couldn't tell I had them on. The footbed gives just the right amount of support. I wore them fo 18 hrs several days.

My husband has been very pleased with these shoes so far. His shoe size is an 11, but depending on the shoe, he's had to wear larger sized shoes on occasion. However, these 11's fit him comfortably. He really likes the absence of shoe laces. The bungee cord laces does an adequate job of keeping the shoe tight, though it cannot be easily adjusted. Most sneakers come with really long laces and my husband always ends up cutting the excess off, so he's happy not to have to deal with that. These are a neutral looking shoe that he can wear with casual khaki pants. They are very comfortable to wear for extended lengths of time. It seems like most sneaker shoes are either brightly colored these days or plain black or white. It's nice to see an alternative to those.
