My husband loves these shoes and has been wearing a pair for about 2 years. He pronates pretty badly and the old shoes needed replacing because they were losing stability. We ordered this pair knowing he wanted the exact same shoes. They are perfect, with "new shoe" support for his ankles. He loves this shoe because due to Parkinson's he has difficulty tying shoes and wants to be able to step into his shoes. These look and feel like lace-up shoes. These are my third straight pair. Seems like they aren't as comfortable as the former two, but still good overall. Maybe just my own getting older makes them not seem as comfortable. We'll see if they are constructed as well as the former pairs which lasted me many years each.
