I wanted all leather black shoes for travelling. These met all of my criteria and for less than $35, how could I go wrong. They fit perfectly, loo great, and are very comfortable. I have been breaking them in on the treadmill...could not be more pleased.

I READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING. MOST WERE POSITIVE AND I FOUND THAT WHAT OTHERS SAID WAS TRUE. THERE IS AN ARCH IN THIS SHOE. THERE IS NO ODOR FROM WEARING THIS SHOE. IT IS STYLISH AND LOOKS GOOD WITH SHORTS. I WEAR ALDEN BOOTS. I NEEDED SOMETHING BESIDES ALL MY RUNNING SHOES FOR A CRUISE THAT I AM TAKING THIS MONTH. GREAT SHOE...NO PROBLEMS.

Overall, a really great shoe. My feet are always getting hot, and these shoes provide great ventilation. They're light and easy to put on. Even so, they seem sturdy. I've been wearing them every day for a few weeks, (walking around, biking, etc.) and they haven't worn down more than any other shoe I've had.

I do think the laces seem a little weak, which is the only thing keeping these shoes from being a 5 star purchase. It's probably worth buying a new pair of laces and doing them up yourself.
