Surprised that I like these steel toed shoes. I work on concrete floors and my feet never hurt at the end of the day and I don't feel the steel toes.

These are not as light as running shoes, but much lighter than any cross trainer I have ever used so able to jog?walk in them too. These are a great bargain, they look great, they are comfortable, and seem to be well built. I usually buy Asics, or Nike, these are my first Pumas and not my last, matter of fact ordering the black ones just to wear around

I don't know, as of this review, how much these shoes cost, but they are very nice leather shoes. Hubs and I went shoe shopping yesterday to get him a nice pair of dress shoes and we spent a good amount on them and they were on sale. But every man deserves at least 2 pairs of very nice dress shoes. This pair of ankle boot shoes are very well made, and the leather is gorgeous and deep brown. The soles are should last a long time and look very durable. Hubs thinks there should be one more set of eyelets, but I think the two are very attractive and stylish. I received a size 9M for review and usually he wears 9W but these shoes were a little loose on his feet. They are more like 9.5 but he can still wear them. Since they are new and stiff, he can't say they are particularly comfortable right now as they need to be broken in.

This shoe is well made and comfortable. The look is classic. They slip on and are comfortable. The insoles are removable and the rubber sole provides traction. The10.5 fit perfectly. A nice switch from standard sneakers.

I have never had a pair of Steel Toes I didn't hate. I still used them and wore out those I had before I finally bought a Suzuki Boulevard C50T Cruiser motorcycle a couple weeks ago. I wanted a tough sole shoe with a steel toe, especially while I get used to stopping and restarting the bike, but I wanted the shoe to have some feel for the gears and brakes. These Skechers Cankton WORK steel toes were as comfortable as my nicest and most expensive Adidas, New Balance or Reebok tennis shoes, or as any of my street shoes. (I did take out the Skechers insole (only because as a WORK shoe it put more padding under my heel than I needed for riding.) I put in my own favorite brand of insoles for tennis - more arch support, and a little less heel and toe support - and the shoes felt even better. I had a lot more sensitivity to the left foot platform gear shifter, and to the right foot brake on my Cruiser. I would not wear these for tennis, but with these I no longer have to pick my oldest or dirtiest tennis shoes, just to go for a walk in the woods, or in the park after it's rained. I go for rides, I since I don't notice the steel toe at all, I even wear them just to run errands. I normally wear a 10.5 M, but I bought these in a 10 W and they fit great.

Nice looking shoes. They run a little large, so consider ordering a half size smaller than your usual. That being said, they are comfortable and light. I will update in a few months as other reviews indicate an issue with dutability

These shoes look great and feel comfy. I love how the give out two looks, causal and dressy too. They really go with anything, the only thing is that they do not give a great arch support, but nothing any support insoles can't fix.
