i've owned three pairs now, and i was able to get a little over 350mi out of each pair, i think. I generally like the cushioned running shoes, even though i don't log as many miles weekly as i used to (collegiately and post, about 60-70mi). nowadays i run several times per week and mostly cycle, but these shoes held up well to sporadic use, were comfy on the occasional half-marathon, and wore as well in the rain as in the shine.

I have given most of my other shoes away in favor of these Kizik shoes - I now have three pair. I was always having problems bending down to put shoes on and tie the laces - that is no longer a problem, as these shoes slip on and fit firmly for lots of walking! Kizik was the first to come out with “slip on” and they did it right, as the backs snap back up tightly. Lots of copy-cats out there - I’ll stick with Kiziks! Did I mention comfort? My most comfortable, supportive shoes, too.
